Refund Policy

Thank you for using RentOn. RentOn is a subscription-based digital notification tool. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a refund in accordance with the terms below.

1. Eligibility

  • Full refunds are available within 7 days of your first subscription payment
  • Refunds apply to first-time subscribers only
  • Requests made after the 7-day window will not be accepted

2. Non-refundable Situations

  • The 7-day refund window has passed
  • The account was terminated for violating the Terms of Service
  • A refund was already granted and the same plan was purchased again

3. How to Request a Refund

Step 1 — Submit a request

Email support@getrenton.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email, order number or transaction date, and the reason for your request.

Step 2 — Review

We will review your request within 3 business days and notify you of the outcome by email.

Step 3 — Processing

If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 14 business days. Actual timing depends on your card issuer.
