Welcome to RentOn ("the Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and RentOn. Please read them carefully before using the Service.
1. Service Description
What we provide
RentOn is a digital rental listing aggregation and notification tool. It helps you monitor public rental sources, set search criteria, and receive matching listing alerts. RentOn does not participate in rental transactions, collect rent or deposits, or act as a broker between landlords and tenants.
Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
Availability
We strive to keep the Service running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
2. Account Management
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service
- You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your password secure
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately if you discover unauthorised use of your account
3. Subscriptions and Payment
Subscription fees cover use of the notification tool only and do not involve any rental transactions, rent, or deposits. Unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will renew automatically at the then-current price.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Access the Service's systems or data without authorisation
- Distribute malware or harmful content
- Impersonate others or provide false information
5. Disclaimer
Information provided by the Service is collected from public sources. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on information obtained through the Service.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
